These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Original IQ's services and website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our services.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply: "Company" or "we" refers to Original IQ; "Client" or "you" refers to the individual or entity using our services; "Services" refers to all educational, tutoring, and consultancy services provided by Original IQ; "Event" refers to any scheduled session, consultation, or service delivery.
Original IQ provides educational consultancy, tutoring services, academic support, research guidance, assignment coaching, and training coordination. Our services are designed to assist clients in their learning and academic development. We do not write or submit academic work on behalf of clients, and all work must comply with academic integrity standards.
All services must be booked in advance through our platform or by contacting our team. Reservations are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service requests that do not align with our values or academic standards. Bookings may be confirmed via email or through our platform, and confirmation details will include date, time, and service specifications.
All prices are displayed in USD or LBP as indicated. Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. Payments must be made in full or according to the agreed payment schedule before services are rendered, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments through secure third-party processors, and all transactions are processed in accordance with applicable payment regulations.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval. In cases where services have already been partially delivered, refunds will be calculated based on the proportion of services not yet rendered. No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully completed.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, and using our services in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. Clients must not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, and must not submit work provided by Original IQ as their own in academic or professional contexts.
We will provide a production schedule and timeline for deliverables at the time of booking or as agreed upon. While we strive to meet all deadlines, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays promptly. Clients are responsible for providing necessary materials and information in a timely manner to ensure service delivery according to schedule.
All content, materials, designs, software, and intellectual property created or provided by Original IQ remain the property of Original IQ or its licensors. Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials provided for their personal educational purposes only. This license does not permit redistribution, commercial use, or submission of our work as the client's own work.
Original IQ may capture images or videos during service delivery for documentation, quality assurance, or promotional purposes. By using our services, clients consent to the use of such media, subject to our Privacy Policy. Clients may request that specific images or videos not be used for promotional purposes, and we will honor such requests when reasonably possible.
Original IQ may engage third-party vendors or subcontractors to assist in service delivery. We remain responsible for the quality and delivery of all services, regardless of whether third parties are involved. We ensure that all third-party vendors comply with our standards for confidentiality, quality, and professional conduct.
Original IQ shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients and reschedule services where possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Original IQ's liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Clients agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Original IQ, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from the client's use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
Original IQ maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information, assignments, and communications. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services. Clients are also expected to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary methods, materials, or information shared by Original IQ.
Your privacy is important to us. All personal data collected and processed by Original IQ is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information. For detailed information about our data practices, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lebanon. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
Original IQ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue use of our services.
