This Refund, Exchange, and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Original IQ provides refunds, exchanges, or accepts cancellations for our services. We are committed to fair and transparent policies that protect both our clients and our business operations. Please read this policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.
Refunds may be available for services that meet specific eligibility criteria. Generally, you may be eligible for a refund if: the service has not yet been delivered or started, you cancel within the specified cancellation period, the service was cancelled by Original IQ due to circumstances beyond your control, or there was a material error or failure on our part. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis and subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
To request a refund, please contact us at info@original-iq.com with your booking reference number and reason for the refund request. We will review your request within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Certain services or circumstances are non-refundable, including: services that have already been fully completed and delivered, customized or personalized services that have been specifically created for you, services cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time (unless due to our error or force majeure), any fees or charges that are explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of booking, and services where materials or resources have already been allocated and cannot be recovered.
If you need to cancel a service, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost, depending on the circumstances. In rare circumstances, Original IQ may need to cancel a service due to unforeseen events, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel a service, you will be entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible if we need to cancel a service and will work with you to find a suitable alternative or process your refund promptly.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled service but would like to reschedule rather than cancel, we offer exchange and rescheduling options. Rescheduling requests made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time are generally accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time may incur a rescheduling fee. Exchanges for different services may be possible, subject to availability and price differences. Please contact us to discuss rescheduling or exchange options.
If you arrive late for a scheduled service, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining time, but we cannot extend the service duration or provide a partial refund. If you fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice (no-show), the service will be considered completed and no refund will be provided. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of a no-show due to an emergency, we may consider rescheduling on a case-by-case basis.
In cases of force majeure or unexpected events beyond either party's control (such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or other emergencies), our standard refund and cancellation policies may be modified. In such circumstances, we will work with you to find fair solutions, which may include full refunds, rescheduling without fees, or credit for future services. We will communicate any policy modifications clearly and work to minimize any inconvenience.
